Service Advisors who achieve Tire Entry are also eligible to earn a smaller point per tire sold. As an added bonus, Service Managers who have 50% of their Service Advisors achieve at least Tire Expert status will also earn a points override on each tire sold. Dealers must achieve their sell-out goal and will be rewarded for incremental tires sold. Service Advisor must achieve Tire Expert or Tire Master status by April 30 to earn in May and by May 31 to earn in June.
